the self centre is a special place to relax & unwind and simply be yourself - a place of sanctuary. We offer a wide range of Yoga Classes including Beginners Introductory Courses, Hatha, Integral, Scaravelli Style, & Vinyasa Flow styles, and specialist classes such as Ante-natal Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga, Baby Yoga as well as Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation.

We have a fabulous on-site health food cafe offering a home-made range of soups, smoothies, sandwiches, light lunches and cakes.It also offers a take-away service and caters for private parties. Please see Cafe page for more details. Our studios, treatment rooms and relaxation area double up as ideal Meeting Venues for training, meetings and conferences and are fully air conditioned.
