We run a wide range of weekly classes to suit all levels of fitness in three purpose built studios. Class sizes are kept relatively small to ensure you receive individual attention.
Memberships and pay as you go options available.
Courses run periodically throughout the year and usually run for 6 or 8 weeks. Some we host, others are hosted and booked through the organiser.
A wide variety of topics are covered, such as nutrition, living with anxiety, Mindfulness meditation, as well as some specialist yoga and Pilates.
We offer a range of rolls, wraps, homemade soup and cakes; delicious smoothies, teas and coffee and other tasty treats! Gluten free and dairy free options available. You are welcome to eat here or take away.
