We run a wide range of weekly classes to suit all levels of fitness in three purpose built studios. Class sizes are kept relatively small to ensure you receive individual attention
Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Mindfulness Meditation and more. We offer both membership and pay-as-you-go options

Workshops run throughout the year, focusing on improved health and wellbeing through extended classes, talks and training
Studios and therapy rooms are available for hire on a permanent or ad-hoc basis.
Our warm, welcoming environment is perfect for therapies, private classes, business meetings, training sessions and workshops
In addition to our classes and therapies, we offer the centre as a training venue.
The courses on offer can cover many aspects of holistic health, yoga teacher training, first aid at work or career progression for health and wellbeing practitioners
