There is nothing more exciting than welcoming a new baby to the family, then helping them grow and develop throughout their childhood.
To support your family through the early days of trying to conceive, the trials of pregnancy and birth, becoming new parents and raising children we have a wonderful range of classes and therapies on offer.

Every family hopes that bringing a child into the world will be a simple, memorable journey and fortunately most of the time it is. However, if you need extra support, we’re confident we can help. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or if you need some guidance on what might help, please give our reception team a call and they can point you in the right direction.
Baby Sensory offers a complete approach to learning and sensory development from birth to 13 months. Designed to stimulate, educate and provide precious memories during the all-important first year of life, Baby Sensory has won multiple awards both nationally and internationally since 2008.
Pre-school ballet classes run term-time only for children aged 2 to 5 years and is run by Miss Suzanne. These fun and enjoyable ballet classes promote confidence, encourage movement and musicality and develop coordination, concentration and creativity.
Daisy Birthing Classes
Fun and interactive classes run term time only for chidlren aged 3 months to 5 years old. They involve you and your child bonding whilst playing music instruments, singing and moving to music.
Kids Yoga Classes
with Melanie Alexander
Thursdays, 4-4.45pm, for children aged between 5 and 8 years old.
Thursdays, 5-5.45pm, for children aged between 9 and 16 years old.
In these fun active classes children will learn the basics of yoga and be rewarded with stronger muscles, increased flexibility and improved concentration. They will also learn how to relax, deal with stress and anxiety and be generally fit and healthy
Kids Yoga Workshops
First Saturday of each month, 2-3.30pm.
These workshop are carefully structured to engage your child though a range of activities including story-telling techniques, working with crystals and mindfulness (by working with the senses). Each session includes asana sequences (yoga poses), balances, pair and group activities, which brings an element of fun and builds a lovely yoga community.
The workshops have a focus that aims to build self-confidence and develop a child’s social and emotional understanding of themselves and the world in which they live.

National Childbirth (NCT) classes
NCT Signature antenatal courses are famous for the friendships and networks that form as new mums, with their partner, prepare for one of life’s most wonderful experiences.
Pregnancy Yoga Classes
with Lorna Lowe
These relaxing and nurturing classes consists of a breathing practice, pelvic floor work, seated and standing postures and a lovely long relaxation. They are suitable for all abilities of yoga from 16 weeks gestation to birth. A great way to mum other mum’s-to-be.
