Ruth is a highly experienced personal trainer and nutrition and weight management consultant based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
Ruth delivers a wide variety of fitness solutions in the form of circuit training, core strength and stability, nutrition and weight Management, Boxercise and kickboxing, kids boxercise and Functional Training. Ruth is also a specialist in post natal exercise prescription and exercise consideration for older adults.
Ruth has extensive experience in training all ages and fitness levels.
1:1 Personal Training
1-1 personal training sessions; These include initial fitness tests to establish the type of programme suitable for the client. The training sessions include warm up and pre-stretches, functional metabolic workout, weights section and post stretches. Every programme is bespoke. Alongside the training sessions, there will be weekly nutrition checks ins.
Post natal exercise: This is suitable for new mums or anyone with a weakened pelvic floor. This programme consists of muscle releases and functional training focussing on the breath and how it is linked to the pelvic floor and movement.
Prices
All new clients will have a 20-minute phone consultation costing £20 – The cost is non-refundable. This cost will then be deducted from any block booking.
Package 1: One hourly session per week over five weeks at £45 per session total = £225.
Package 2*: One hourly session per week over ten weeks at £45 per session total = £450.
Package 3*: Two hourly sessions per week over five weeks at £40 per session total = £400.
Package 4: One hourly session per week for two people at £75 per session. Minimum of five sessions..
Package 5*: Online training sessions for one person at £40 per session purchased in blocks of five or ten.
Package 6: Hourly sessions at the Self Centre or The Natural Health Centre in Bury at £47 per hour.
*Packages 2, 3 and 5 come with a bonus of a free 11th session
