At its core, naturopathy traditionally means the use of natural methods to
unlock and harness the body’s own healing process. Naturopathic nutrition as
a tool therefore advocates the use of a fresh, natural diet combined with
protocols designed to support the body’s key elimination organs. It can stand
alone or be used alongside other natural therapies to achieve great results for
clients.
Naturopathic nutrition alongside health coaching is very effective at creating
long term change and therefore relief from chronic conditions. The approach I
take is to combine dietary and lifestyle advice with health coaching over a set
period of time, which is proving much more effective than one-off sessions. As
a health coach, it is my job to keep you motivated and on track to achieve your
goals.
