What is TRE – Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises?
TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a body-based tool that can help us let go of stresses, strains and tension. The seven exercises of TRE induce therapeutic tremors that can release held tension and help you connect back to your body. Tremoring through TRE can be viewed as a simple, natural and powerful way to achieve release and return to the body. Releasing tense or held areas of the body through tremoring can allow the restoration of healthy functionality, balance and harmony. And part of the beauty of TRE is not needing to find a narrative, not needing to understand or remember – we trust the tremors, safely meet our bodies and heal ourselves.
