What is Reflexology?

Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and using the body’s energetic pathways or meridians, a reflexologist works primarily by applying pressure to meridian points on the soles of the feet with the intention of clearing energy blockages and restoring the natural flow and balance of energy in the body which keeps us in good health.

Reflexology is used to help reduce stress and restore natural energy levels. It can also help with relaxation, reducing pain and alleviating the symptoms of many illness. It is excellent alternative to a full body massage for those who are more comfortable staying clothed or seated.

Some reflexologists specialise in particular areas such as fertility.
