What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis works though slowing down the brain waves to create a relaxed state, then reaching into the unconscious to bring about desired positive changes. It only works if you allow it to, you cannot be forced to do anything against your wishes and can pull yourself out of it any stage.

Many people feel a great sense of peace during sessions, as if they are in a safe dreamlike state.

Who would benefit?

Hypnotherapists use hypnosis to help individuals change habits or belief patterns and achieve their chosen goals.

It is particularly effective in helping to reduce stress and anxiety, fears and phobias, improve sleep, overcome addictions and OCD and limit controlling behaviours.
