INTRODUCTORY YOGA 4 LESSON COURSE 4 x 1 hour sessions for newcomers to yoga. Covering all aspects of yoga. Including Postures, Sequences and Breathing / Relaxation. Help with choosing your 1st class. £20 for 4 sessions - please book in advance if possible. Can start at any time.
