Workshops run throughout the year - some are extended physical classes, others are informative, creative or healing in nature. Some are regular monthly sessions, while others may focus on particaular subjects such as the menopause or overcoming anxiety. We love to offer as many elements as we can and add new session s to the programme throughout the year. It is a good idea to check back regularly and see what is new!
