Natural Pregnancy, Childbirth & Early Years Info Days

Aimed at pregnant women, new mums and their partners – looking at how complementary therapies and natural remedies can help prevent and treat some of the common issues in pregnancy and assist with a natural birth and speedier recovery.  The clinic will also look at treating many minor complaints in new born babies, along with common issues new mums face following the birth.

This clinics are run by Jackie Richardson and last for 2 ½ hours from 2.00 – 4.30pm on various Saturdays. Entrance is FREE.

This day will give you the opportunity to hear from a variety of therapists who all have expertise in pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.

There is a questionnaire available which you can click on here that we are using to capture exactly what pregnant ladies and new mums with young children want and need from the day so that we can then refine our format accordingly.
