Reflexology is a safe holistic treatment that is excellent in maintaining, balancing and harmonising, in order to optimise health potential.
Maternity reflexology involves a gentle treatment using specialist techniques incorporating balancing of the endocrine system, lymphatic drainage, linking techniques and massage; it is an extremely safe treatment which can be carried out throughout the pregnancy and gives an excellent environment for both mother and baby by reducing stress and anxiety.
