We run over 30 classes a week in yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation and Barre, with daytime and evening options. Classes are set at different ability levels from beginners to advanced and we hope to provide something suitable for everyone. As well as our regular classes we also run some specialised classes such as Yoga for those Living with Cancer and after school yoga for kids.
Our teachers are passionate about what they do, and are happy to have an informal chat to ensure they offer the right style and level of class for you. There are a number of membership or pay as you go payment options, we recognise that our students live busy lives so endeavour to offer something to suit everyone’s neeeds. We always take payment at time of booking and operate an 8 hour cancellation policy.
