Wednesdays 7.00 - 8.30pm and Fridays 1.00 - 2.30pm with Carole
From 13 weeks onwards come and learn to be in touch with your body during this wonderful time. Learn to open up your hips and shoulders. Strengthen your lower back (to prevent back pain) and your upper body (to lift the car seat!). Improve your posture, open your heart and learn natural tips for relieving the common niggles of pregnancy. Indulge in breathing and relaxation techniques that will be of huge benefit during the birth. Informal, relaxed atmosphere with the chance to meet other new mums to be!
