Indonesian or Balinese Massage derives from the spice islands of Indonesia. Karen is a fully qualified, insured holistic practitioner of Reflexology (member of the Association of Reflexologists), Indonesian Massage, Holistic Body Massage and Indian Head Massage. In particular, she offers workplace treatments of reflexology and Indian head massage which can be effective in relieving and alleviating many stress related symptoms, e.g. headaches, migraines, hormonal imbalances and muscular aches and pains.

After many years working in a corporate environment as a Human Resources Manager, she understands the impact of every day ‘stressors’ on employees’ health and well being and how it can affect productivity, morale and lead to absenteeism. Many employees strive to achieve some sort of work-life balance, juggling numerous roles and tasks which can lead them to feel depleted and exhausted. However, having regular treatments whether outside or during the working day can ensure that employees successfully manage their stress positively, taking time to’ recharge their batteries’ helps to enhance their health and well being.
