COACHING Coaching is a process that enables both individual and corporate clients to achieve their full potential. This can be achieved using various tools and techniques some of which are detailed below:-
  • Facilitate the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist the individual in making real, lasting change.
  • Use questioning techniques to facilitate the client's own thought processes in order to identify solutions and actions rather than taking a wholly directive approach
  • Support the client in setting appropriate goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to these goals

COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY

Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) describes a number of therapies that all have a similar approach to solving problems, which can range from sleeping difficulties or relationship problems, to drug and alcohol abuse or anxiety and depression. CBT works by changing people's attitudes and their behaviour. The therapies focus on the thoughts, images, beliefs and attitudes that we hold (our cognitive processes) and how this relates to the way we behave, as a way of dealing with emotional problems. NEURO- LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING

NLP has been variously described as the technology of the mind, the science of achievement, and the study of success. It is based upon the search for and the study of the factors which account for either success or failure in human performance.

For over a quarter of a century NLP explorers have studied or ‘modelled’ the behaviour and thinking styles of particularly effective and successful people in business, education, sales, therapy, sport, and personal development. The results of this work are nowadays presented in workshops and extended trainings which, in effect, provide shortcuts to more successful living - you learn in hours what may have taken the expert’s years to discover by trial and error.

NLP is, in effect, the study of what accounts for these types of performance. It is the practical and pragmatic study of the ingredients of excellent performance and the transfer of these ‘ingredients’ to others. Can be used in the areas of Business Success, Personal Therapy & Education / Training.

CLAIR STARR

Clair Starr is a fully qualified C.B.T. Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Reflexologist, and Masseuse. Clair Starr has a very ‘Holistic’ approach to her work and her clients are matched according to their needs. She is currently studying for a B.Sc. in Psychology.

LYNDON SAMUEL

Lyndon Samuel has 15 years within the Travel Industry and has vast experience in Executive & Management Coaching, Team Motivation and Building, Call Centre Structure and Management. He is very experienced in Coaching Sales Director’s, Managers and Teams. He is also in the process of completing his C.B.T. Training and is currently studying for a B.Sc in Psychology.

As trained coaches, we also take a holistic approach to coaching individuals, teams and companies; we are concerned with every aspect of an individual, from the environment they work in, to the mental, emotional and physical aspects of their well-being.
