AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy aims to treat the whole person by helping to restore the harmony of mind, body and spirit. It works with the pure properties of essential oils which can help to improve both physical and emotional well-being.
Aromatherapy is most effective in therapeutic massage often using relaxing or uplifting fragrances.
REFLEXOLOGY Reflexology is a popular and relaxing holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet are connected to corresponding areas in the body. In this way the feet can be seen as a kind of "map" of the body. The reflexes are stimulated using special massage techniques, said to help correct imbalances throughout the body and release blocked energy as well as being used as a preventative healthcare.
OPTIMUM HEALTH BALANCE
Optimum Health Balance offers a simple and effective way to enhance our health and energy levels. The system enables us to pinpoint particular stresses which are affecting our well-being. It provides a short daily routine that we can use for ourselves, family and friends. The Self Help system is easy to learn and easy to use. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary.
KINESIOLOGY
Kinesiology uses simple, safe and precise muscle testing to find problem areas in the physical body.
It incorporates traditional Chinese Acupuncture points, gentle touch, massage, nutrition and energy reflexes. Balance is achieved by releasing energy blocks, eliminating toxins, reducing tensions and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal.
The system enables you to pinpoint particular stresses and, with a variety of simple techniques, begin to put matters right. It is truly a preventative, safe and simple system.

Cheryl is an Optimum Health Balance (Kinesiology) Practitioner and a Touch for Health Instructor.
She also teaches various introductory courses in Kinesiology including Optimum Health Balance (self help) Tibetan Energy, Creative Nutrition, Stress Release and Healthy Pets.
She has trained in many body work therapies and brings the diversity of this knowledge to her work.
She is also an Aromatherapist and Reflexology Practitioner.
