OPTIONS FOR THE DAY

Room, Equipment, Breaks & Lunch
  • Studio 2 and Relaxation Area upstairs (please let us know if stairs are an issue)
  • Flip chart, video, OHP if required
  • Tea/Coffee on arrival
  • Mid morning organic coffee and home-made biscuit
  • Lunch in the Herb & Spice Café or working sandwich buffet in Studio
  • Afternoon organic tea and home-made cake
  • Jugs of water & organic squash

SECTION A - PARTICIPATIVE INTRODUCTORY CLASSES

  • Yoga – with a focus on preventing back issues
  • Meditation & Breathing/ Relaxation - Reducing stress & improving energy levels
  • Tai Chi
  • Qi Gong

(Please note modifications will be given for those with health issues – suitable for all levels)

SECTION B – TALKS/DEMONSTRATIONS/WORKSHOPS

  • Alexander Technique – talk, demonstration and toolbox of techniques
  • Aromatherapy for Home and Work use. Use of oils and their benefits for mind & body
  • Coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Complete Health – an integrated approach
  • Indian Head Massage, Indonesian/Balinese Massage & Holistic Body Massage
  • Nutrition for the workplace – increasing energy & reducing stress levels
  • Optimum Health Balance – techniques for maintaining health
  • Personal Protection – talk and demonstration on techniques available
  • Reflexology – demonstration and techniques to use
  • Stress & Relaxation Therapy
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tuina

(Sessions last 1 hour, but longer sessions can be arranged)
