Release tensions and create a still space for your body and mind with this slow, predominantly floor based practice.
With the focus on the hips and lower body, basic yoga postures are held 1-5 minutes (sometimes with props) working towards creating space in the connective tissue of the body.
About your teacher:
After 15 years of a very dedicated yoga practice, touching base with a vast amount of various yoga styles both in The US and England I decided in 2013 to embark on BWY-500 hours, Diploma Level 4 Teacher Training. Graduating September 2016 I am currently a student teacher mentored by Paul Fox and Carol Price.
I’m a certified 'Relax and Renew’ restorative yoga teacher under the guidance of Judith Hanson Lasater. An intensive course with Paul Grilley and workshops with Sarah Powers, Andrea Kwaitkowski and Julia Thornton deepened my love and knowledge for Yin yoga.
I teach a slow Hatha yoga, yin yoga and restorative yoga. All my classes have a strong emphasis on the body and mind connection where the breath is used consciously as a tool to possibly release tension.
