hot yoga classes
Developed by Bikram Choudray this style of yoga involves heating the studio to just above 35 degrees C! The theory is that the heat enables you to release and open more, whilst facilitating the sweating out of any toxins.
The classes often incorporate music and focus on Balances, Standing Poses, Core work, Back bends and Forward bends/hip openers. There are very few inversions taught in Hot Yoga. The classes appeal to those who may participate in a lot of sport and need to stretch more and those looking to lose weight, detox and really tone up.

Warm Yoga Vinyasa Flow - Not as hot as ‘Hot’ but with a little warmth to help you ease into the poses. Maximum temperature 25 degrees.
