Beginner's Yoga 8 Week Course
We recommend this course if you haven’t done any yoga before or are a novice to taking exercise. It covers all the different types of yoga poses: Standing, Forward bends, Backward bends, Hip Opener’s, Twists, Core Strengtheners, Balances, Inversions and the Salute to the Sun.
You can join the class at any time as it is a rolling programme. If you can’t make all of the 8 sessions you can pop into a few of the Hatha or Vinyasa Flow classes that accept beginners instead! Alternatively you can book a couple of private one to one sessions with any teacher to set you on the right track!
