Tinies Baby Yoga -  including soothing massage, stretching, safe holds and lifts for baby, gentle balances,  yoga and relaxation for new mums/carers. Suitable for babies from birth to approx 4 or 5 months.

Tiddlers Baby Yoga - a more active class including massage, stretching, active balances, lifts and holds, yoga and relaxation for mums/carers. Suitble for babies approx 4 months to mobility.

SMART Tots (Stretch Move And Relax Together) - a class designed to support the transition from babyhood to independent movement. Stretching, balancing, massage, movement for tots and their parents/carers combined with relaxation and play. Mobile babies to approx two years.

SMART Tots Plus - a class aimed at older toddlers and pre-schoolers. Stretching, balancing, moving, relaxation and play, including stories and sequences to encourage your toddler to stretch their imagination too! Approx 2 years to 3 years.
