Have you tried Hot Yoga or Hot Fitness Pilates?

Hot yoga, also called Bikram yoga, after its inventor Bikram Choudray, is basically a series of yogic
sequences and postures performed in a warm and humid location, max temperature of 40 degrees.

We now offer Hot Fitness Pilates on a Saturday morning as well as 3 Hot yoga classes during the week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.

Benefits of attending a Hot class include:

  • The break down cellulite
  • Increased blood flow
  • Reduced stored fat
  • Increased muscle and joint flexibility
  • Improved metabolism and aid digestion
  • Relieved stress and tension
  • Rebuilding injured tissue so good for healing burns, scar tissue and skin problems

Not sure about Hot then why not try one of our Warm classes, on a Monday and Tuesday evening. 

Theses class are a maximum of 30 degrees so a perfect way to introduce a little heat to help you stretch and release your muslces.

Please bring a yoga mat, a towel and plenty of water.
