Benefits of making it HOT
Have you tried Hot Yoga or Hot Fitness Pilates?
We now offer Hot Fitness Pilates on a Saturday morning as well as 3 Hot yoga classes during the week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
Benefits of attending a Hot class include:

Not sure about Hot then why not try one of our Warm classes, on a Monday and Tuesday evening.
Theses class are a maximum of 30 degrees so a perfect way to introduce a little heat to help you stretch and release your muslces.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel and plenty of water.
